Smoked Salmon & Silverbeet Quiche

1 ¼ cups milk

Salt & pepper to taste

3 free range eggs

Beat the above ingredients together

1 cup cheese

½ cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

150 grams Mulleez Smoked Salmon

2 packed cups sliced silverbeet

Parsley, herbs and whatever else you might like to add

Mix all ingredients together and put into well-greased quiche dish.

Bake approximately 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius
